OUR SPACE
Our warehouse is a versatile studio and a performance space. It is a creative powerhouse designed to increasing access to all through dance and art making. On a daily basis, the warehouse operates as a dance workroom where the rehearsals of Sima Dance Company take place. It also holds a dance development program for dancers at all levels.
We love however to share our creative space beyond the dance studio. Our warehouse functions as a flexible venue hosting shows, product launches, screenings, workshops, events, photoshoots & more… Let us know your project idea or the event you’d like to see happen in our industrial style warehouse. Our all-black unobstructed space can be decorated to your liking and provides an easy-to-dress event backdrop with a cool, urban aesthetic. The space features:
- High glass doors at the entrance
- High ceilings with skylight roof and concrete floors
- Specialized movable dance flooring
- Seating capacity for 150 people and
- AV equipment, stage lighting, sound system
- Movable white separator walls
- One mirrored wall that can be covered with black or white curtains
